Site Architecture
How the Greenpoint Site Is Organized
Tier 1: Core informational pages
The home page, services hub, service areas hub, packages page, commercial lawn care page, contact page, and about page. These pages introduce the business to a first-time visitor and route them deeper into the site. The home page is the highest-traffic page and the services hub is the most-linked page from the rest of the site. Most visitors land on a Tier 1 page first whether they arrive from a search, a Facebook link, or word-of-mouth, so each one carries clear next-step calls to action.
Tier 2: Service pillar pages
One detailed pillar page per service. Each pillar covers what the service includes, when it happens, what it costs, what makes it different in our region, and the most common questions a homeowner asks before booking. Greenpoint runs six service pillars: lawn mowing, hedge trimming and shaping, tree pruning and cutting, spring cleanup, fall cleanup, and seeding and fertilizing.
Tier 3: Service-area pillar pages
One pillar page per city we serve. The service-area pillars cover Powassan, North Bay, Astorville, Callander, Chisholm, and Corbeil. Each one talks about local soil, neighbourhoods, weather quirks, and the practical realities of mowing, trimming, and cleaning up there.
Tier 4: Service-by-location combination pages
These connect a specific service to a specific city, like lawn mowing in North Bay or fall cleanup in Astorville. Combo pages exist so a visitor searching for the exact thing they need lands on a page that answers the exact question they had. Each combo page references real local landmarks, parks, and intersections so the content is genuinely about the area, not just a template with the city name swapped in.
Utility pages
The privacy policy, terms of service, this human sitemap, the XML sitemap at /sitemap.xml, and the LLM-readable manifest at /llms.txt round out the site. They are listed below for completeness.
