Bronze starts at $45 per cut for pay-as-you-go mowing. Silver is weekly maintenance from $250 a month. Gold is full-property care from $350 a month. Custom commercial quotes are available.

Bronze is pay-as-you-go: you book a cut when you need one. Silver is a weekly maintenance commitment that keeps your lawn ahead of growth and adds seasonal fertilizing and weed control. Gold is the full-property program. It includes everything in Silver plus a complete fertilizing schedule, overseeding, and hedge trimming, with priority scheduling so weather days do not push you back.
Pricing depends on lot size, complexity (slopes, beds, edging, gates), and access. The numbers on this page are starting points. After a free on-site or photo-based estimate, we send a fixed quote in writing so there are no surprises.
Yes. Most customers start on Bronze and move up to Silver once they realize the lawn stays cleaner with weekly visits. You can move up or down at any time with one week's notice.
No long-term contract. Silver and Gold are billed monthly across the active mowing season, and you can cancel with one week's notice. Bronze is fully on-demand.
Silver and Gold customers get an automatic make-up day, usually within 24 to 48 hours. Gold customers are first on the priority make-up list. Cutting wet grass damages the turf, so we wait for safe conditions rather than scalping a soaked lawn.
